Crystal Losambe, Director of Quality Management – Dublin

Dr. Crystal Losambe is the director of quality management for OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital – Dublin. In this role since 2023, Dr. Losambe oversees quality and performance improvement programs and initiatives, the implementation of hospital policies and processes, infection control practices, patient-related concerns and employee health.

Previously, Dr. Losambe practiced as a nurse practitioner in acute care and ambulatory settings. She has experience as a legal nurse consultant and has clinical experience in a variety of specialties, including rheumatology, neurology, hospice/palliative care, primary care, opiate addiction medicine and bariatric medicine.

Dr. Losambe earned a doctor of nursing practice and healthcare leadership certificate from Ohio University and holds a master of science degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from The Ohio State University. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mercer University.
