Courtney Starr, Director of Case Management – Dublin
Courtney Starr is the director of case management at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital – Dublin. In this role since 2023, Courtney oversees the case management team and discharge planning while working to improve overall patient experience with access to resources and community connections.
Courtney possesses over seven years of experience in case management throughout a variety of healthcare settings.
She earned a master’s degree in health care administration from University of Evansville and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Xavier University.
