Kelly Johns, Director of Quality Management – Columbus

Kelly Johns is the director of quality management for OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital – Columbus. In this role, Kelly oversees improvement programs, maintains survey readiness for accreditations and leads infection control processes, ensuring compliance and optimal patient safety practices.

Kelly previously served as director of case management at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital – Columbus. She has more than 15 years of experience in case management working in the acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care settings at Select Specialty Hospital – Columbus Victorian Village and Quantum Health.

A graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing with a bachelor's degree in nursing, she is certified in both case management and rehabilitation nursing through the Commission for Case Management Certification Organization and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses respectively.
