Carrie Stant, Chief Operating Officer – Dublin

Carrie Stant is the chief operating officer of OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital – Dublin. In this role since May 2023, Carrie oversees all hospital operations, including the safe and effective delivery of all hospital-based services, planning both long and short-term hospital goals in alignment with outlined core values and key results, and monitoring the hospital for fiscal responsibility and exceptional patient care.

Previously, Carrie served as the director of rehabilitation services at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital – Columbus for two years. Prior to that, she served as senior rehabilitation therapy manager and rehabilitation therapy manager for Select Medical’s Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Division. A licensed speech-language pathologist, Carrie has provided direct care services in a variety of settings, including ICU/CVIU, acute care/trauma services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, and critical illness recovery-based hospital settings.

Carrie earned both her bachelor and master of arts degrees in speech-language pathology from Ohio University.
