Alexandra Ivanova, Director of Pharmacy

Alexandra Ivanova, Pharm.D., R.Ph., is the director of pharmacy at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital where she oversees all aspects of pharmaceutical management. She also works in collaboration with other department leaders and staff to develop hospital programs and initiatives ensuring exceptional patient care.

Alexandra joined OhioHealth Rehabilitation hospital in 2015 and had the opportunity to help patients in various roles, which has allowed her to have a deeper insight into all aspects of patient care. She is passionate about helping patients and using her knowledge and skill set in collaboration with other members of the health care team to get patients to reach their best clinical outcomes.

Alexandra previously worked in the retail pharmacy setting. She has also been a long-time volunteer at the Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio, an organization providing medication, health screenings and other services to low income and under- or uninsured patients.

Alexandra earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in molecular genetics and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree cum laude from The Ohio State University. She is a lifelong learner always seeking new opportunities to develop herself, her team, and to provide compassionate, holistic care for her patients.
