Begin Your Journey

All patients have the right to choose their rehabilitation provider and that choice can make a difference in recovery. You and your loved ones should discuss care options with your doctor and/or discharge planner, social worker or case manager and voice your preference for OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. We will work closely with you, and your family and health care team in coordinating a smooth transition to our rehabilitation hospital.

When you are admitted to OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, we will help you get settled and provide you with an orientation to our hospital and the care you will receive. You will meet your rehabilitation team – doctors, nurses, therapists and other clinical and support staff – who will work with you throughout your stay.
