  • Stephen Sprockett, CEO

    As CEO, Steve is responsible for managing the overall operations of this 74-bed hospital and is instrumental in developing and implementing the programs and strategies that support its mission, vision and values.

    Prior to joining OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in 2019, Steve served as the director of the orthopedic service line with oversight of the physical medicine and rehabilitation departments at a major Ohio hospital. He also gained significant experience as the director of rehabilitation for a national health care network and as a regional vice president overseeing 25 skilled nursing facilities.

    Steve earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in exercise physiology from Youngstown State University and a doctorate in physical therapy from Ohio University, where he also received an MBA in health care administration.


    Lisa Lombard, M.D., Medical Director

    Dr. Lombard received her undergraduate degree from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She completed an internship and residency at Northwestern University Medical School. She is board-certified in physical medicine and spinal cord injury medicine, and fellowship-trained in brain injury medicine.


    Michelle Holmes, R.N., MSN, Chief Nursing Officer

    Michelle has more than 12 years of experience as a nurse holding leadership positions and clinical expertise is orthopedics, critical care and medical / surgical nursing. Prior to joining OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, Michelle was an administrative nurse manager at OhioHealth Marion General Hospital.

    Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ohio University and a master’s degree in nursing administration from Capital University.


    Sara Wallar, Nurse Manager



    Cristi Lindsey, MSN, BSN, R.N., WCC, Nurse Manager

    Cristi supervises nursing staff on the South and West units of OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. She is passionate about the delivery of safe, quality care and is a strong advocate for her patients and staff.

    A registered nurse for more than 20 years, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, including in the emergency department, critical care unit and electrophysiology and catheterization laboratories.
    Cristi holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University and the University of Phoenix, respectively.


    Kimberly Leib, R.N., CRRN, PPS Manager

    Kim has more than 20 years of nursing experience, with 12 years of experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Previously, she worked at Berger Hospital as a staff nurse on the rehabilitation unit and home health. She is a five-time recipient of the Star of Excellence Award.

    Kim graduated from the Mount Carmel School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and is certified in rehabilitation nursing.


    Stephany Huseman, M.S., SLP-CCC, Director of Rehabilitation Services

    Stephany has more than 15 years of experience as a speech language pathologist and therapy manager. Her clinical areas of focus have been subacute, skilled nursing and critical care. Prior to joining OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, Stephany was a regional manager of operations overseeing the therapy departments in 14 facilities.\

    Stephany earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University with a focus in speech / language and communication disorders. In addition, has undergraduate degrees in business and information technology.


    Renae Miller, MSW, LSW, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development

    Renae has an extensive background in health care marketing, with 17 years in the inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing industry. Renae is very goal-oriented and has successfully implemented sales strategies to produce same store-growth with census development. Clinically, she is a licensed medical social worker experienced working with inpatient rehabilitation patients and their families.

    Renae earned her bachelor of arts degree from Dominican University and a master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University.


    Christina Cotton, MSN, MHA, R.N. Director of Quality

    Christina coordinates medical management and performance improvement activities. She also directs hospital-wide patient safety systems and oversees infection control and employee health programs.

    Previously, she worked as the operations manager for a multispecialty outpatient academic medical practice.

    Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Antelope Valley and master’s degree in nursing and health care administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.


    Alexandra Ivanova, Pharm.D., R.Ph., Director of Pharmacy

    Alexandra oversees all aspects of pharmaceutical management for OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital.

    She previously served as a retail pharmacist and spent many years volunteering at the Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio, which provides medication, health screenings and other services to low income and under- or uninsured people.

    Alexandra earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular genetics and doctorate of pharmacy from The Ohio State University.


    Tim Newell, MBA, Manager of Human Resources

    As the human resources manager, Tim seeks opportunities to grow, challenge and develop successful OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital employees at all levels.

    He previously held a variety of human resources positions across several industries, including seven years in state government with the Oregon Health Authority.

    Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wheaton College and a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on human resources, from Keller Graduate School of Management.


    Kelly Johns, R.N., BSN, CRRN, CCM Manager, Case Management

    Kelly has more than 15 years of experience in case management working in the acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care settings.

    She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is certified in both case management and rehabilitation nursing.


    Clay Schleker, B.A., RHIT, Manager of HIM & Medical Staff Credentialing

    Clay is a registered health information technician, with more than 18 years of experience in health information management and operations management. Prior to joining OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, Clay was the HIM and credentialing manager at California Rehabilitation Institute in Los Angeles, California.

    Clay earned his associate's degree from DeVry University in health information technology and his bachelor's degree in arts from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois.


    Samuel Cordetti, Manager of Materials Management

    Samuel's areas of interest are supply chain management and hospital materials management. He assisted with the startup of the hospital and has been involved in many projects to contain cost and provide value to the patients served.

    Samuel obtained his bachelor’s degree in sports management from the University in Cincinnati.
