Eric has over 21 years of clinical and leadership experience in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University and is trained as an advance practice nurse. He is board-certified in Rehabilitation Nursing and Health Administration and is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. Prior to joining OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, he performed regional operational oversight of inpatient, outpatient and long term acute care rehabilitation programs.
Dr. Lombard received her undergraduate degree from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She completed an internship and residency at Northwestern University Medical School. She is board certified in physical medicine and spinal cord injury medicine, and fellowship-trained in brain injury medicine.
Tonya received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Georgia South University and a Master's degree in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta. Prior to becoming the CNO, Tonya practiced for the past 16 years as a nurse practitioner in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. Most recently employed by the State of Ohio – Office of Correctional Healthcare where she managed the inmate oncology program for the State of Ohio. She has over 23 years of experience as a nurse. Aside from holding multiple leadership positions at Dekalb Hospital and Emory University Hospital, she experience in quality improvement and survey readiness.
Alteza received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Ohio University. Prior to becoming the Nurse Manager, Alteza worked as a Nursing Supervisor on the inpatient rehabilitation floor. Alteza has 8 years clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, post-operative surgical and inpatient rehabilitation.
Jacqueline has over 26 year experience as a Registered Nurse. Her clinical expertise is in the area of Orthopedics and Neurological Nursing. For the past 16 years, she provided nursing leadership in the Mount Carmel Health System prior to joining the nursing leadership at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. She is certified in Orthopedic Nursing.
Kim has over 20 years of nursing experience with 12 years of experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She graduated from the Mount Carmel School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and is certified in Rehabilitation Nursing. Previously, she was Berger Hospital as a staff nurse on the rehabilitation unit and home health. She is a 5 time recipient of Star of Excellence Award.
Erica graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters of Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University. She has an extensive clinical and leadership background in acute inpatient rehabilitation hospitals as well as acute care settings. Erica has held multiple positions with Adventist Healthcare and Rehabilitation hospital as well as Kessler Rehabilitation Institute. Her roles have included Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist, Assistant Director of Inpatient Therapy, Director of Special Projects and Director of Rehabilitation Services. Erica has served as the Program Outcomes Manager for Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital. In this capacity she coordinated the program teams for brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee and general rehabilitation. Erica has served as adjunct professor, teaching spinal cord injury courses, for the Departments of Physical Therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Howard University and George Washington University.
Renae received her Bachelor of Arts from Dominican University and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She has an extensive background in healthcare marketing, with 17 years in the inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing industry. Renae is very goal oriented and has successfully implemented sales strategies to produce same store-growth with census development. Clinically, she is a licensed medical social worker experienced working with inpatient rehabilitation patients and their families.
Jennifer holds both a Masters of Nursing and Masters of Labor Relations & Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She has a wide array of experience both clinically and in Human Resources. Jennifer has spent 5 years as a Human Resource professional before pursuing her nursing focus. Clinically she has expertise in neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology and infectious diseases. In addition, Jennifer’s has a background in Quality Management overseeing the quality programming and regulatory survey readiness for hospital and health systems. In addition, she is well versed in Magnet Hospital status accreditation process and standards.
Mike obtained both his Bachelor in Pharmaceutical Science and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University. He has experience as clinical staff pharmacist and managing pharmacy operations in long term acute care hospital and acute care hospital settings.
Erin received her Bachelor of Science and Masters in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. She has over 10 years of experience in inpatient rehab setting treating patients with neurological impairments including spinal cord injury, brain injury and stroke. As a treating therapist at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, she worked in program development and became a valued leader and mentor to younger treating therapists. She currently is lead for the spinal cord injury program in addition to managing all therapy teams.
Josette earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University and certificate in Instructional Design & Human Performance Technology from Franklin University. She has over 15 years experience of Healthcare Human Resource Management as an HR generalist, talent recruiter, employee safety and engagement specialist.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is certified in both case management and rehabilitation nursing. She has over 15 years of experience in case management working in the acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care settings.
Lawanda possesses a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Kaplan University and holds a certificate in Medical Record Coding and Billing from American School of Technology. She has been a member of AHIMA since 2009 and has four years of experience in health information management.
Samuel obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University in Cincinnati. He has taken an interest in supply chain management and hospital materials management. He assisted with the startup of the hospital and has been involved in many projects to contain cost and provide value to the patients served.
